Membership

Staff and WTQ members have free access, while public and institutional users can access the collection through guided borrowing structures.

Borrowing rules

Staff can borrow up to 4 books for 21 days, WTQ members up to 2 books for 14 days, and public users 1 book for 7 days with renewals based on category.

Services

Readers can use print resources, digital tools, internet access, reprography support, and reference materials that are protected for library use.

Care and penalties

Materials should be returned on time, handled with care, and protected against loss or damage. Repeated violations can lead to fines or suspended borrowing.
